They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Support representative to provide customer service support to healthcare providers via phone and email, ensuring compliance with industry standards and assisting with event management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to the providers via phone and email
- Provide accurate reporting data in compliance with industry standard
- Be point of contact for the event vendor management process includes activating and adding new vendors
- Accurate issuance of payments to vendors and others
- Generating pre and post event reporting
- Must be comfortable assisting providers and staff by training them on event management details and event related responsibilities
Skills
- Fluency in French AND English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven written/communication skills with high attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Self-Driven, strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work individually and with a team
- Prior experience in healthcare setting
- Prior project /event planning experience
- SME/Floor support experience
