Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their car purchasing needs
• Utilize knowledge of the employer's inventory to guide customers towards suitable vehicles
• Assist customers throughout the entire buying process, from online sales to vehicle delivery
• Ensure a smooth transition from online to in-store purchasing to enhance the customer experience
• Mentor and support colleagues as your skills reputed company
