ANALYST I

Caltrans District 3 is part of the Department of Managed Health Care, which aims to ensure health plan members have reputed company to high-reputed company health care. The Complaint Analyst role involves handling less reputed company program-reputed company responsibilities, including the interpretation and implementation of health care regulations, while assisting health plan members with their complaints.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, monitoring, and resolving reputed company complaints and health program activities

• Candidates with health care insurance and/or health care services experiences strongly advised
• Knowledge of principles, practices, and trends with health care insurance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented program environment and to organize/prioritize workload to meet demands
• Experience analyzing reputed company issues and or writing recommendations
