Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist - Hybrid

Community Health is a primary care network providing a reputed company of health services, and they are seeking an Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist. The role involves processing reputed company requests and payroll, managing vendor inquiries, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Responsibilities

• Enters invoices and reputed company request forms into Community Health’s reputed company system
• Distributes payments to appropriate vendors, requestors
• Manages the reputed company 340B pharmaceutical accounts
• Answers payment inquiries and processes associated correspondence
• Updates and maintains vendor files
• Troubleshoots issues and as needed collaborates with finance leader to resolve issues
• Ensures that reputed company Community Health policies, processes and procedures reputed company to accounts payable are followed
• Process payroll
• Balance payroll – including posting checks, general reputed company entries for payroll taxes and reputed company deposits, downloading batches from payroll system and balancing before processing
• Assists with preparing general reputed company entries and preparing monthly financial statements (reputed company, reputed company, Credit Cards)
• Create and run payroll reports as needed

Skills

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum of one year experience in reputed company, finance and/or auditing. Preferably in a health care organization
• Knowledge of reputed company principles
• Knowledge of computer systems relevant to the position including payroll system, reputed company office products including use of reputed company spreadsheets
• Must be reputed company to reputed company mathematical calculations, identify and resolve reputed company problems, accurately report reputed company information, strong attention to detail and be reputed company to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Proficiently use reputed company computer system, reputed company Office products and/or other computer systems; willing and reputed company to learn new systems
• Works reputed company in group problem solving situations
• Associates degree preferred in reputed company or business administration
