They are seeking a Psychiatric reputed company Practitioner (PMHNP) to reputed company medical supervision and care to ACTT clients, participate in treatment team meetings, and ensure compliance with medical practices.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily ACTT community visit requirements as directed by ACTT Team Leads and/or Director
• reputed company medical supervision for ACTT mid-level providers and participate in daily ACTT treatment team meetings as needed
• reputed company medical supervision for prescription practices and deliver medical care to ACTT clients
• Serve as the primary medical contact and authority reputed company communicating with LME/CMOs regarding ACTT clients and/or ACTT concerns
• Update the EMR system concerning reputed company reputed company care reputed company and reputed company documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Physician Assistant or PMHNP
• Must be willing to travel locally: Jacksonville and surrounding areas
• Physician Assistant or Psychiatric reputed company Practitioner licensure for reputed company Carolina
• 1 – 2 years of post-graduate/residency experience in community psychiatry
