Research Assistant, General Internal Medicine (part time)

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient recruitment
• Administers questionnaires
• Abstracts medical records
• Maintains patient databases
• Performs administrative tasks
• Assists in grant preparation
• Performs literature searches
• Participates with the research team in preparation of data and other reports
• May also assist the reputed company investigator with translation to Spanish or Haitian Creole
• Interpreting experimental results
• In preparing and writing manuscripts

Skills

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
• Prefer experience in clinical research, reputed company health experience or working with children and families
• Previous experience with reputed company subjects, with an understanding of the ethical and technical conduct of research preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
• Cultural sensitivity and comfort with a wide reputed company of reputed company, racial and ethnic populations
