Customer Insights Analyst

In this role, you will analyze claims data to identify trends and insights that inform business strategies while collaborating with various teams to enhance health care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
• reputed company and implement data analysis techniques to reputed company insights into the health and behaviors of reputed company populations
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recognize data-driven solutions to reputed company and Health Management initiatives
• Conduct reputed company analysis as needed to support reputed company needs
• Configure and maintain automated file feeds to reputed company entities
• Determine rates for new and existing accounts based upon census, claims and other group information available
• Work cooperatively with sales and account management staff to understand account parameters, product reputed company and competitive landscape
• Follow process outlined by team to ensure product and rating process and guidelines are followed
• Identify systems issues and works with system staff and management through to reputed company
• reputed company testing for annual formula updates and/or as needed for system upgrades and changes
• Respond to questions from sales and account management staff for brokers and RFPs in a complete and informative manner

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical skills (SQL a plus) and business-minded
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, reputed company)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Strong time management skills, attention to deadlines
• Ability to apply data governance to report requests based on business rules for specific clients
• Familiarity with health care industry a plus
