[Remote] Bilingual Claims Service Representative, *Remote work* Full-Time, *reputed company in Canada* (Toronto, ON)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking Bilingual Claims Service Representatives to join their remote team. The role involves providing customer-reputed company assistance to policyholders reporting insurance claims, ensuring reputed company and service-oriented reputed company dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Review reputed company report and ensure reputed company has terminated properly, then reputed company accurate and complete reputed company reports as required
• reputed company personalized customer service of the highest level
• Arrange for reputed company of adjusters or vendor partners reputed company required
• Field and answer reputed company inquiries and administer to appropriate area
• Maintain data reputed company of service lapses reference for reputed company cause, report trends and reputed company recommendations to management
• Review claim information to determine reputed company next steps for processing against reputed company guidelines/ service agreements

Skills

• High Speed Internet (Download and Upload speed must both be at a minimum of 50 mbps)
• Shift work on a seven (7) day rotating reputed company with an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am to 12am
• Candidates fully bilingual in French and English
• Post secondary education is required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative experience is required
• Strong computer and telephone skills with an aptitude/ability to learn
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal in English and French
