[Remote] Remote Sales Representative

Paz Organization is an industry leading insurance and supplemental benefits provider that has been serving clients for 70 years. They are seeking a Remote Sales Representative who will be responsible for making calls, setting appointments, and selling life and health benefit solutions to reputed company members and their families.

Responsibilities

• Making inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions and working families that request our services
• To service and sell, life and health benefit solutions – including servicing new and existing policyholders
• To demonstrate and to continue to reputed company expertise in understanding:
• reputed company needs in life, critical illness, disability, life and group benefits
• To meet and reputed company weekly sales targets
• Complete necessary compliance documentation/reports
• Participate in weekly training sessions

Skills

• Must pass a background reputed company
• Must be LLQP licensed/Willing to obtain license
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Multi-tasker that possesses exceptional organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
• Competent with reputed company, reputed company Office, reputed company Suite etc
• Strong Communication skills
• High school diploma
• 18+ years of age
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Higher education preferred
