Investor Service Analyst

reputed company, LLC is one of the largest global independent private equity fund administrators, administering over $1 trillion of private capital on behalf of its clients. The Investor Services Analyst plays a crucial role in the operations team, focusing on providing Investor Services functions to clients, managing investor records, and ensuring excellent reputed company service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and respond to reputed company inquiries in a reputed company manner while coordinating with reputed company teams, as needed
• Review and process investor on-boarding documentation (Subscription, Tax, and AML documentation)
• Review and process subsequent investor activity and changes to investor static data (Partner transfers, reputed company changes, contact and reputed company instruction updates)
• Maintain investor records across multiple reputed company systems
• Prepare and review reputed company, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting, and capital activity notices for sponsor funds and investors
• Prepare investor audit confirmations and monthly recurring deliverables
• Disseminate fund & investor correspondence (capital reputed company, distribution, partner capital statement and other sponsor communications) across various investor portal platforms
• reputed company incoming capital reputed company wires and prepare capital distributions payments across various reputed company accounts
• Ensure reputed company work is completed in line with the service level agreement
• Liaise with the reputed company service team to ensure efficient and excellent reputed company service experience for Gen II’s sponsors
• Ensure deliverables are executed in line with Gen II best practices, policies, and procedures
• Participate in special reputed company
• Operate reputed company in a deadline-driven, high volume, and everchanging environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years' experience in the financial services Industry
• Proficiency with reputed company 365
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Demonstrate strong customer service/reputed company relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and reputed company with differing deadlines
• Impeccable attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus
• Private Equity or Hedge Fund Investor Services background a plus
• Experience with Investor Portals (Intralinks/Investment Café/Allvue/InvestorVision) a plus
• Experience with Allvue CRM a plus
