Surrogate Advisor

International Fertility Insurance is dedicated to helping individuals reputed company their dreams of family through surrogacy. As a Surrogate Advisor, you will guide potential surrogates through their reputed company, utilizing your communication skills to support and inform them while achieving reputed company conversion goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet and reputed company weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for reputed company conversion
• Engage and follow up with prospective surrogates through phone, text, and email to drive reputed company through the application funnel
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing reputed company’s mission with professionalism and reputed company
• reputed company applicants through reputed company stage of the prescreening and screening process, ensuring reputed company reputed company toward departmental goals
• Review applications and reputed company additional information needed for evaluation
• Prepare prescreening paperwork for delivery to the Screening team
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in CRM and shared systems
• Collaborate with the Matching and Screening teams to ensure a smooth transition to surrogate matching with intended parents
• Partner with colleagues across departments to streamline processes and reputed company systems accurate and up to date

Skills

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or meeting high-demand quotas required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for relationship building
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-starter with a goal-oriented reputed company reputed company who thrives both independently and as part of reputed company
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Familiarity with CRM databases (reputed company, Sugar CRM, or equivalent) preferred
