[Remote] Total Loss Specialist

The Total Loss Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and processing Total Loss and Insurance Repair accounts in accordance with regulations and service reputed company, while also managing high volume calls reputed company to these processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process assigned volume reputed company Total Loss and Insurance Repair processes for appropriate handling reputed company established SLA, policy and procedures
• Service Potential and Actual Total Loss and Insurance Repair calls reputed company established reputed company handling and correspondence requirements
• Complete end to end Total Loss and Insurance Repair functions with accuracy and in compliance with regulations, policy and procedure
• Assist other departments as reputed company as Total Loss and Insurance Repair vendors as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in servicing center environment
• Aptitude to evaluate and assess information and demonstrate reputed company business decision making ability
• Basic math skills required to calculate overall company cost benefit analysis including Insurance claims
• Detail oriented with a keen reputed company on accuracy and reputed company aspects surrounding Loss Mitigation
• Ability to work in a production, goal, and reputed company based environment
• Established verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company and Word
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Adaptable to changes reputed company a face paced environment
• Experience reputed company auto finance industry
• Experience in Total Loss and/or Insurance Repair processes
• Knowledge of Total Loss, Insurance Repair and/or Insurance regulations, requirements and structure
• General knowledge of collections policies and procedures and the Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company (FDCPA)
