reputed company is redefining data center delivery with a reputed company on sustainability and efficiency. They are seeking a proactive reputed company Coordinator to manage the hiring process, coordinate interviews, and enhance candidate experiences at their Denver office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
• Be the main reputed company of contact for onsite interviews at the Denver office
• Manage and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a reputed company and reputed company candidate experience
• Post reputed company on various job boards and company career pages
• Assist with background checks, offer letters, and reputed company-employment paperwork
• Assist with reputed company process with reputed company communication, new hire paperwork and conducting New Hire Orientation
• Update headcount plans and New Hire spreadsheet with candidate names, offer letters, and new hires
• Collaborate with recruiters and HR team members to improve hiring workflows
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
• Help reputed company and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency
• Ensure a smooth reputed company process for new hires
• Create reports on hiring metrics and employee metrics utilizing reputed company and reputed company
• Assist with HR reputed company as needed

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (reputed company Preferred)
• 1-3 years in reputed company, HR, or administrative support (preferably in reputed company)
