[Remote] Application Support Administrator

Responsibilities

• Review incoming Help Desk tickets to reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for applications, resolving issues in a reputed company manner to minimize downtime and ensure reputed company performance
• Assist in escalating unresolved issues and reputed company reputed company feedback to the internal customers
• Managing user reputed company and permissions, ensuring data reputed company and compliance with company policies

Skills
