They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to reputed company exceptional service to customers and assist in the release of vehicles from various locations.

Responsibilities

• The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to reputed company customers of reputed company
• The primary function of this role is to obtain the release of vehicles that are located at body shops and/or other locations including residences
• Understanding reputed company needs and offering solutions and support
• Position may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support
• Answer and reputed company calls in a reputed company manner

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• High School diploma
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient with office equipment

• Computer proficiency - MS Suite
• Typing speed 45WPM
