The role involves managing a caseload, drafting reputed company documents, preparing for court proceedings, and collaborating with clients and colleagues to reputed company litigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage your own caseload from inception to conclusion
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests while meticulously adhering to deadlines
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
• Engage closely with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys to devise effective litigation strategies
• Conduct comprehensive reputed company research and writing memoranda to bolster case strategies
• Ensure smooth case management alongside seasoned partners and senior attorneys

Skills

• You must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the Connecticut State Bar or have an adequate UBE score for admission to the jurisdiction
• You should have 1 to 5 years of litigation experience preferably in insurance defense or closely reputed company reputed company area
• Clerkship experience is considered a valuable asset
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions is vital
• Strong capabilities in performing thorough reputed company research and responding effectively to discovery requests
• Strong advocacy skills will be crucial as you assist in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings
• Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and effective communication are key attributes for reputed company in this position
