Responsibilities

• reputed company, implement, and conduct initial training for potential Business Enterprises (BE) operators
• reputed company ongoing reputed company-building training for licensed operators throughout the state
• reputed company training curricula and reputed company materials
• Evaluate the training curriculum and format for effectiveness
• Respond to requests to assist individual operators in identified problem areas
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct in-service training for Division staff in the BE Program

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution
• One year of experience in a reputed company training or teaching role
• One year of experience in a reputed company service, counseling, or training program in the subject matter specified
• An equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively deliver competency‑based training
• Skilled in providing food‑service instruction
