Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and availability, and take actions to rectify issues identified
• Respond promptly to incidents following predefined plans and procedures. It includes batch jobs, message queues, system integration components and end user reported incidents
• Analyze reputed company causes of incidents following incident response plans
• Prevent reputed company occurrences of incidents by fixing reputed company causes and recovering damaged data
• Build effective monitor and alerts to discover errors

Skills

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 1 year of experience in application support including development and operation

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
