[Remote] Bilingual - Subrogation Research and Creation Specialist

The Bilingual Subrogation Research and Creation Specialist will support the recovery of reputed company payments by handling inbound calls, creating claim files, and analyzing claim data to identify potential subrogation claims.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound ACD reputed company line and reputed company reputed company, reputed company customer service to members and insurance companies
• Create new claim files with accurate and complete information
• Regularly accesses reputed company systems to reputed company information used to create inventory
• Uses multiple computer systems to review claim data and work reputed company

Skills

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the health insurance, reputed company, property and casualty or reputed company fields is preferred
• reputed company communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to adapt to new tasks
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
