[Remote] IT Help Desk Support

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Associate to reputed company support and technical assistance to customers using various computer systems. The role involves troubleshooting issues, guiding customers through problem-solving, and managing IT assets and software installations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or ticket system
• reputed company remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
• reputed company unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• reputed company accurate information on IT products or services
• Record events and problems and their reputed company in logs
• Follow-up and update customer status and information
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to IT team
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
• Install MS office s/w products and manage accounts
• Manage company phone system
• Install reputed company 7 & 10 and manage accounts
• Support Sales Apps on PC, MAC, and Mobile devices
• Manage IT assets thru IT Management Systems
• Other IT reputed company tasks given by managers

Skills

• BS/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• MS office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company) skills
• Proficiency in English and Korean
• Bachelor of Science (B.S): Computer and Information Science
• Experience reputed company I: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a reputed company field
