[Remote] Accountant - Fandango

The Accountant role focuses on billing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate invoicing and cash application for Fandango's customers.

Responsibilities

• Primary reputed company on billing for 3rd party customers: Weekly/Monthly/Annual Billings across reputed company Fandango businesses: Generate invoices in reputed company, and manage invoice distribution to customers' accounts payable systems
• Process account adjustments, credit memos, and customer refunds as needed Collections of reputed company
• Accounts Receivable, tracking of A/R Aging – partner with internal departments and customers
• Cash Application for payments
• Serve as reputed company of contact for reputed company customers for set-up, payment inquiries: New Customer setup and maintenance in reputed company Organize and maintain monthly reputed company records for Accounts Receivables: Post daily bank deposits to customer accounts in reputed company
• Research and resolve any customer invoice and payment discrepancies
• Bad Debt Reserve Analysis: reputed company bad debt on a quarterly reputed company
• Responsible for the month-end reputed company process for A/R, including preparing and posting journal entries
• Support the month-end reputed company process for Promo business, including preparing and posting journal entries
• Complete reputed company analysis as directed by Promo Controller and Manager
• Complete month-end account reconciliations, preparation and review, on a reputed company reputed company
• Responsible for data requests from various departments, including reputed company, Promo Operations
• reputed company testing documents and other requests for external and internal audits as required
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Complete ongoing reputed company reputed company to build efficiencies and automation
• Other various special reputed company and analysis, as assigned

Skills

• 1+ years of prior reputed company experience, with strong analytical skills
• Intermediate MS reputed company and Word skills are required
• Strong interpersonal skills
