[Remote] Market Research Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iQuasar LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to support the company’s business growth initiatives. This junior-level role will support market research, opportunity tracking, contract vehicle monitoring, marketing communications, and digital presence management, working closely with clients growth, business development, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and customer research to support business development, capture planning, and growth strategy
- Monitor federal contract vehicles, portals, and industry sources for RFIs, RFPs, Sources Sought, and market intelligence
- Track and summarize opportunities, trends, and competitive insights for internal stakeholders
- Support pipeline reporting and opportunity documentation in internal systems (e.g., CRM, BD trackers)
- Draft and coordinate internal communications related to new opportunities, awards, announcements, and growth initiatives
- Support development of external-facing communications, including press releases, announcements, and capability highlights
- Assist in preparing content for proposals, white papers, capability statements, and marketing collateral
- Support updates to LSI’s website, including news, announcements, and content refreshes
- Assist with development and maintenance of marketing materials (presentations, one-pagers, graphics, fact sheets)
- Coordinate content updates aligned with LSI branding and messaging standards
- Assist in managing and updating LSI’s social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Draft and schedule posts aligned with company announcements, thought leadership, and growth priorities
- Track basic engagement metrics and recommend content improvements
- Use AI-powered tools to support market research, content drafting, summarization, and analysis
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-enabled workflows
- Stay current on emerging tools related to marketing, communications, and market intelligence
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business, Political Science, or related liberal arts field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and website content updates
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Comfort using modern productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, collaboration platforms)
- Familiarity or willingness to learn AI tools for research, writing, and content development
