They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Retail Sales reputed company by coordinating customer orders from contract through delivery and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order entry, purchasing, scheduling, releasing, delivery, and installation
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company customers
• reputed company key dates and manage order details from start to finish
• Schedule value‑add services, reputed company‑finish work, deliveries, and installations
• Manage shortages, damaged product recovery, service appointments, and parts ordering
• Collect customer payments and process reputed company credits as needed

• Approve and process payments for subcontracted installers

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Technical Degree preferred

• 0–2 years of customer service or general business experience preferred
