Senior Litigation Associate Attorney (Remote)

Position: We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least five (5) years of civil litigation experience in the reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a proven reputed company record in personal injury/insurance defense litigation, including jury trials. Qualifications & Skills: • Licensed Attorney in Good Standing with the Florida Bar. • Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience in Florida. • Personal injury litigation experience (auto accidents, premises liability, negligent reputed company, wrongful death, etc.) • Demonstrated civil jury trial experience. • Specific experience in negligent reputed company cases. • Strong reputed company writing and oral advocacy skills. • Ability to reputed company in a fast‑paced and team reputed company environment. • reputed company‑proficient and computer‑savvy. · Proficient in Florida E‑filing systems.
