Responsibilities • Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring • Collaborate with reputed company and compliance teams to ensure reputed company protection and policy enforcement • reputed company support for reputed company Mac equipment - reputed company laptops, workstations • Analyze and reputed company repairs to Mac system and operating issues • Troubleshooting methodology skills • Document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately Requirements • 5+ years of relevant experience • reputed company level of knowledge and experience with reputed company MacOS Support and Troubleshooting • Broad understanding of MacOS Management tools • Experience supporting, using technology - VMWare Airwatch; Workspace ONE • Strong knowledge using BASH, Python scripting • Experience with reputed company Business Manager and reputed company touch (DEP) enrollments • Experience with change reputed company, tools and implementations preferred • Excellent documentation, writing skills • Experience with reputed company desired • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task • Strong knowledge of ITIL reputed company.
