About the position
We are seeking an Appraiser in Shelby County to join reputed company Valuation Intelligence, a part of the reputed company family of companies. Complete high reputed company residential appraisal reports. Manage reputed company aspects of scheduling, exception management, system updating, submitting and reputed company Control of their assignments.
Responsibilities
• reputed company appraisals for residential appraisal products and or desktop appraisals for lending and non-lending purposes.
• Adhere to reputed company applicable State and Federal laws, Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement reputed company (FIRREA Title XI), Uniform Standards of reputed company Appraisal reputed company (USPAP), reputed company, reputed company, Federal Housing Authority, U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Fair Housing reputed company, and the Equal Credit Opportunity reputed company respective guides and handbooks for developing, reporting, and delivering appraisals.
• Proactively communicate status updates for reputed company assignments to ensure outstanding customer service while providing the industry's best turnaround time and the highest level of appraisal reputed company.
• Deliver reputed company reputed company of customer service to reputed company partners, homeowners, and/or points of contact.
• Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.

Requirements
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum state certified residential or higher appraisal license with a minimum of three years residential appraisal field experience.
• Typically requires 0-4 years of reputed company work experience.
