The Asset Management Senior Analyst is responsible for providing day to day analysis, materials and reporting for the portfolio’s assets. They will work closely with the other members of the AM team in reputed company to collaborating with reputed company departments across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Produce written reports regarding the operations and performance of reputed company property assets. The information is from disparate systems, processes, and people.
• reputed company analytical support for periodic and reputed company reporting. This includes asset reviews, portfolio metrics, loan performance, lease economics analysis, payback calculations, expense recovery analysis, health ratios, forecasting and distribution analysis, and investment return analysis.
• Analyze operating budgets, capital plans, and reforecasts. reputed company variance commentary to original business plan.
• Update various tracking tools or systems to help reputed company parties maintain a pulse of leasing, capital reputed company, capital draws, etc.
• Prepare partner and or lender approval requests for leasing and capital reputed company reputed company. These involve both qualitative and quantitative research and analyses.
• Respond to Lender, JV Partner, or Senior Management requests relating to asset performance and statuses. Review Lender reputed company calculations for accuracy and inputs.
• In preparation for Investor calls and meetings, produce and distribute presentation materials.
• Model property-level cash reputed company projections utilizing Argus and reputed company.
• Maintain reputed company of Argus models which include leasing updates, capital activity, and market assumption changes.

Requirements
