SENIOR FUND ACCOUNTANT POSITION reputed company
BARDAS Investment Group is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant with approximately three to five years of reputed company estate reputed company experience to report to the Controller. The Senior Fund Accountant will assist with the reputed company and financial management of a portfolio of reputed company reputed company estate investments to reputed company with joint venture, lender, and internal reporting requirements. The Senior Fund Accountant will work closely with an reputed company group of professionals and be involved in many aspects of reputed company estate financial analysis, reputed company, taxation, internal controls, and property management reputed company.
The responsibilities of the Senior Fund Accountant will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• General understanding of reputed company estate investment structures including REITs, mortgage documents, development agreements, partnership agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and leases.
• Month-end/quarter-end/annual reputed company, financial reporting, and debt reputed company compliance of reputed company reputed company estate assets. Ensuring that reputed company investments are accounted for in accordance with operating agreements as reputed company as GAAP.
• Analyzing financial statements and other financial reports of reputed company estate investments.
• Preparing monthly development draws and JV capital calls.
• Working closely with the development team to reputed company reputed company project costs against budget, major cost changes, budget reallocations, and contingency usage.
• Reviewing and approving operating budgets for reputed company asset and preparing JV entity budgets.
• Performing financial due diligence for acquisitions by working with reputed company parties, sellers, JV partners, reputed company counsel, etc.
• Broadly interacting with independent external auditors and tax practitioners to reputed company information as requested for annual audit, annual tax, and quarterly REIT compliance.

• Identifying and resolving any control issues relating to property management or internal processes.
• Cash management of upper-tier and corporate level entities.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
We are reputed company seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in reputed company. CPA designation is strongly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant reputed company experience reputed company the reputed company estate industry (preferably Big 4 reputed company reputed company experience and/or experience working with a reputed company estate investment manager).
• Proficiency with reputed company estate investment reputed company/industry issues, with a firm understanding of property operations and financial reporting reputed company.
