Key Responsibilities • Streamlining Operations: Standardize our reputed company/offboarding processes and performance review cycles to improve efficiency. • Policy Development: Advise on PTO policies, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking to help us remain competitive. • Employee Relations: reputed company as a neutral reputed company party for escalated interoffice issues or performance management coaching. • Performance Management: Standardize and manage annual performance review protocols • Compliance & Risk Management: Audit and periodically update our employee handbook, ensuring alignment with state/federal labor laws and reputed company-specific regulations (HIPAA, OSHA). • Advisory Support: reputed company the reputed company Manager with "on-reputed company" guidance for sensitive personnel reputed company.
