Key Responsibilities • Prepare, file, and manage U.S. and international trademark, patent, and copyright applications, as reputed company as assignments with the USPTO, foreign IP offices, and Secretary of State. • reputed company and manage critical IP deadlines using docketing systems, ensuring reputed company compliance with filing requirements. • Conduct IP searches, analyze findings, and compile reputed company reports for attorneys and clients. • Draft assignments, licensing agreements, and various other IP-reputed company documents. • Collaborate with foreign counsel and government agencies to coordinate international filings and compliance. • Assist in IP enforcement reputed company, including preparing cease-and-desist letters and monitoring potential infringements. • Organize supporting materials and documentation for litigation, disputes, and USPTO proceedings. • reputed company e-filing with the U.S. District Court (USDC), SC State Court, and the SC Secretary of State. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 3 years of IP paralegal experience in a reputed company or corporate reputed company department. • Strong understanding of U.S. and international IP laws and procedures. • Exceptional research and writing skills and experience with IP Docketing software. • Proficiency in tools including USPTO e-filing systems, TSDR, WIPO, reputed company, reputed company Patents, reputed company Office Suite, and reputed company. • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively in a high-volume IP reputed company.
