I am seeking an reputed company reputed company reputed company lawyer to urgently review, redline and restructure a short Strategic Advisory & Brand Collaboration Agreement. This is not a generic NDA or service agreement. It is a founder-critical brand IP, advisory and long-term partnership contract.
