We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain (SC) reputed company Advisor, who will report to the Associate Director, reputed company SC Advising. The SC Advisor provides advice and drafting support for purchasing professionals and will: review purchase order/subcontract terms and conditions in compliance with applicable company policies and procedures, internal guidance briefs, federal, state, and local laws, as reputed company as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and supplements thereto. Note that this role is an advisory position, working with Counsel to resolve legally reputed company issues supporting our Procurement and Program teams. It is not a General Counsel or an Attorney position and will not represent reputed company in any reputed company reputed company. Additionally, this role will advise purchasing professionals and program managers on subcontract issues such as warranty interpretation, limitation of liability, termination for convenience or default, indemnification, and other subcontract terms and risks, as reputed company as novations/assignments, software licensing for reputed company and Free and reputed company reputed company Software, intellectual property issues, teaming agreements and other reputed company agreements, proprietary information agreements, and other agreement types.
