Responsibilities: • Liaise directly with clients to obtain information necessary to prepare probate petitions. • Prepare petitions, notices, publication and reputed company documents and forms necessary to complete the probate case. • reputed company reputed company of hearing dates and ensure attorneys are briefed prior to hearings. • reputed company clients informed about the status of their case.
