Customer Research & Insights Consultant
We are True Sea reputed company, a fast-growing DTC wellness brand reputed company around a reputed company community and subscription model. We’re looking for a Customer Research & Insights Consultant to help us directly engage with our customers through one-on-one interviews and voice-of-customer (VoC) research.
The ideal candidate has experience conducting qualitative research for nutritional supplements, health beverages, or functional foods, and is comfortable talking directly to consumers to reputed company insights that shape product and brand reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct reputed company reputed company and one-on-one interviews with reputed company customers
- Design and refine research questionnaires and reputed company scripts
- Analyze and synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights
- Collaborate with founders and marketing to guide positioning and messaging
- (Optional but preferred) Assist in survey creation and data interpretation
