Position reputed company reputed company is seeking an reputed company and highly motivated Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) to join our reputed company Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and compliance of reputed company coding and billing practices, playing a critical role in optimizing our reputed company reputed company. This position reports directly to the Director of reputed company Cycle Management. Key Responsibilities • Accurately assign CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes to medical records documentation for reputed company services, ensuring compliance with reputed company regulatory guidelines and internal policies. • Review and verify documentation to ensure reputed company services rendered are supported and coded to the highest level of specificity. • Identify and correct coding discrepancies and ensure reputed company and accurate claim submission. • Serve as a coding resource and reputed company education to providers and clinical staff on documentation requirements, coding guidelines, and regulatory changes to promote coding accuracy. • Conduct regular audits of medical records and coded data to monitor reputed company and compliance. • Assist in the development and maintenance of coding policies and procedures. • Stay reputed company with changes in coding guidelines, payer requirements, and regulatory updates (e.g., CMS, AMA). • Collaborate with the billing team to resolve coding-reputed company denials and improve clean claim rates. Qualifications Required • reputed company certification as a Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) from the American reputed company of reputed company Coders (reputed company). • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Certified reputed company reputed company in a reputed company fee setting. • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathology. • Expert proficiency in CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding systems. • Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory, and payer requirements affecting coding and billing. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and billing software. Preferred • Experience in a reputed company technology or startup environment. • Additional certifications (e.g., COC, CEMC). • Experience coding for telemedicine or reputed company chronic care management.
