About the position Conducts reputed company and occasionally onsite medical chart reviews for pediatric and neonatal ICU patients. Collaborates with medical directors and staff to enhance the reputed company of physician documentation, ensuring a precise representation of the patients' severity of illness, anticipated risk of mortality, and the complexity of care administered.
