Product Marketing Manager – Part Time
Job Description:
• Build the Foundation: Audience, Positioning, Messaging
• Own the core positioning and messaging for Insense and key product areas.
• Develop a clear view of our segments, personas, and use cases and keep it up to date as the market shifts.
• Turn product capabilities into value-led narratives that Content & Brand (Fuel) and Growth (Engine) teams can easily use.
• Own the GTM strategy for new features and releases: target segments, key messages, narrative, channels, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Product, Content, Design, Growth, Sales, and CX to deliver cohesive launches across: Website & landing pages, In-app announcements, Email and lifecycle flows, Social and content
• Define launch and adoption KPIs and track how new releases perform.
• Make sure users and prospects know about, understand, and use what we build.
• Partner with Product, Growth, and CX to design in-app messages, tooltips, tours, and onboarding experiences that drive activation and usage.
• Work with Content & Brand to create guides, playbooks, case studies, and webinars that bring features to life.
• Run customer interviews, surveys, and win/loss analyses to uncover pains, triggers, and language.
• Monitor competitors and market trends and turn insight into positioning and product marketing priorities.
• Create and maintain sales and CX enablement assets: decks, one-pagers, feature overviews, competitive battlecards.
• Train Sales and CX on what we’re launching, who it’s for, and how to talk about it.
• Partner with the Growth Product Manager (Engine) on pricing, packaging, and PLG experiments.
Requirements:
• 3 to 6+ years in Product Marketing or a closely related role in B2B SaaS or marketplaces
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills , with hands-on experience creating product messaging for web pages, in-app prompts, lifecycle emails, sales decks, and enablement materials.
• Proven experience in feature or product launches and driving adoption , not just awareness
• Data-driven, using metrics like adoption, usage, and funnel performance to guide decisions
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX
• Organized and proactive, comfortable being the first PMM and building the foundation from scratch
• Familiarity with product-led or self-serve SaaS products , where users can sign up, try the product, and upgrade on their own (Nice to have)
• Experience with influencer marketing or UGC, and with advertising or marketing tools (Nice to have)
