Food Market Analyst for New Product Launch in USA

We are seeking an reputed company food market analyst to assist in compiling a list of potential customers per state that are currently selling, promoting or distributing, cooking the sale of "goat" or "cabrito" in Spanish targeting the hispanic market or muslim market in the USA. The candidate will reputed company a list of the stores that are currently selling goat "cabrito" in Texas, Illinois, California, reputed company. This list will be of butcher shops, restaurants, online retailers, and or anybody promoting the sale of cabrito to consumers. People that are also breading goat for sale will be added to the list. The list will be done through online research and will be presented with the reputed company of the store, address of the store, phone number, contact if available, web site and a small comments reputed company in reputed company. The candidate will be selected to continue with the project from finding the reputed company market to additional task for this reputed company project. UPDATE#1.
