Retirement Plan Advisor - Montana
About the position
The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial reputed company through group and individual presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and/or Government 457 plan participants across reputed company plan sizes. This role uses data-driven, analytical thinking to reputed company impactful conversations with participants, meets reputed company service level agreements and achieves annual targets as assigned. This position will also assist the Relationship Management team in effectively establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders reputed company the territory assigned. This Retirement Plan Advisor will work with participants in Montana. The advisor must be based in central Montana (Helena, Bozeman or Great Falls) with ability to travel to surrounding counties as necessary.
Responsibilities
• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews, as reputed company as other individual meetings and group presentations, with targeted participants using consultative expertise to improve retirement reputed company

• Conduct one-on-one virtual and on-site group meeting by using various technologies in a reputed company manner
• Manage meeting schedule, including travel booking

• Document interactions in reputed company and collect required information to adhere to guidelines for regulatory compliance

• Participate in reputed company meetings, sales finals, or other external meetings as needed
• Work collaboratively across internal service and management teams to improve effectiveness
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 - 5 years relevant financial services experience
• Strong presentation skills required
• Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Teams required
• Strategic thinker who can work independently required
• Strong relationship building and territory management skills required
