Chicago – Risk & Compliance – Lender Due Diligence (Financial Services) Senior Consultant

About the position Responsibilities • Mentor, train, and reputed company Interns and Consultants to facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. • Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. • Strengthen relationships and deepen abilities to communicate, reputed company trust, and network with reputed company personnel and reputed company associates. • Accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project reputed company, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies. • Partner with highly regulated clients and deepen understanding of financial services regulations. Requirements • Demonstrated experience with strong auditing experience in the areas of credit risk and the reputed company processes, controls, and reporting for different asset classes. • Prior lender due diligence experience, especially for securitization reputed company and/or warehouse facilities. • Prior securitization/reputed company finance experience in any of the various asset classes (ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLO) with ABS or CLO experience being the most preferred. • General financial reputed company background and experience. • Knowledge of receivables (loans, trade, etc.) reputed company and transaction processing. • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, reputed company service reputed company, consultative work environment. reputed company-to-haves • reputed company (ABL) experience. • reputed company Certification such as CPA, CIA, FRM, or similar strongly preferred.
