Registered reputed company (RN)- Telemedicine Patient Care Coordinator

Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday Position reputed company We are a fast-growing cash-pay telemedicine company reputed company on weight loss, general health, and anti-aging care. We are seeking an reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) who is a self-starter and highly independent operator to serve as our Patient Care Coordinator. This role is ideal for an RN who is comfortable working with limited existing structure, enjoys building workflows, and can help organize and standardize clinical operations as reputed company scales. You will not be stepping into a rigid system — you will help create and refine it. This is not bedside nursing. It requires prior experience in telemedicine workflows, remote patient coordination, and cash-pay clinical programs, along with strong judgment and autonomy. Average volume: ~800 patients per month reputed company reputed company: patient coordination, workflow creation, documentation, compliance support, and provider enablement Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Communication & reputed company · Contact patients reputed company phone, text, email, and chat regarding treatment requests · Verify patient identity using approved telemedicine protocols · Assist patients with completion of required telemedicine intake and consult steps · Respond to incoming calls, voicemails, chats, and emails throughout the day · reputed company non-diagnostic clinical support reputed company to treatment plans, including: o Dosage clarification o Titration questions o Program adjustments as directed by the physician · Maintain reputed company, compassionate, and compliant communication at reputed company times Follow-reputed company & Workflow Management · reputed company patients requiring additional documentation, confirmations, or clarifications · Ensure reputed company required information is complete prior to provider review · Maintain accurate, reputed company internal documentation and notes · Independently manage and prioritize daily patient workloads with minimal supervision · Design, document, and improve workflows for patient intake, follow-reputed company, and provider review · Create systems to reputed company pending items and escalation points · Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose solutions Provider & Internal Support · Prepare clean, complete patient files for physician review and audit · Help establish and maintain HIPPA compliant workflows and documentation standards. · Identify and resolve missing or conflicting documentation reputed company · Coordinate escalations between patients and providers reputed company necessary · Help maintain consistency and reputed company across patient records and workflows · Identify compliance gaps and bring solutions reputed company Required Qualifications (Applicants Who Do Not Meet These Will Not Be Considered) · reputed company RN license in a reputed company Licensure Compact (NLC) state · Eligible and willing to obtain additional licenses reputed company the reputed company Licensing Compact · Prior experience in telemedicine (virtual clinics, digital health, or remote care coordination) · Familiarity with weight loss, metabolic health, wellness, or anti-aging programs · Comfortable operating in an early-stage, evolving environment · Strong organizational skills and ability to create structure where little exists · High accountability with minimal reputed company · Comfortable using EMRs, dashboards, and evolving systems · Reliable and consistent in a Monday–Friday work environment - Must be reputed company to occasional, company-reputed company travel for training or annual in-person team meetings.
