Operations Analyst, Workforce Identity
Job Description:
• Monitor and maintain availability of identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory
• Process access requests, troubleshoot identity-related issues, and resolve incident tickets within SLA
• Deploy and manage PAM solutions to secure administrative accounts and enforce least-privilege principles
• Ensure adherence to internal security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
• Support automation initiatives for identity workflows and reporting
• Work closely with IT, Security, and HR teams to align operational activities with business needs
• Track system health, generate operational metrics, and maintain audit-ready documentation
Requirements:
• 4 + years of experience in Identity & Access Management operations or related IT support roles
• Hands-on experience with identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve identity-related incidents
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and security best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
