Contract Lawyer needed for MSP Services
We are seeking an reputed company reputed company / contract lawyer to review an existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between reputed company and a reputed company party (reputed company).
The purpose of this engagement is to assess whether the MOU adequately protects our interests, identify any reputed company or financial risks, and confirm whether the agreement is enforceable, reputed company, and commercially reputed company.
This is a short, reputed company review engagement with potential for follow-up work if revisions are recommended.
Scope of Work
• Review the existing MOU in full
• Identify any unfavourable, ambiguous, or high-risk clauses
• Assess payment terms, termination clauses, penalties, and enforceability
• Confirm whether the agreement aligns with reputed company reputed company best practices
• reputed company reputed company written feedback outlining:
• Issues or red flags (if any)
• Recommended changes or protections
• Whether the MOU is acceptable to proceed as-is
