Title: Head of Data and Engineering
Location: Minneapolis/reputed company (On-site 4 days per week)
Position Details: The Head of Data and Engineering leader will support our financial services reputed company as they execute on technical reputed company in 2026 and reputed company. Leading reputed company of approximately eight contributors (consultants and data/analytics engineers), you will be responsible for:
• Leading the organization's data reputed company, governance, and advanced analytics initiatives
• Driving data-driven decision-making
• Ensuring data reputed company and enabling reputed company analytics solutions to support business objectives
Key Requirements include:
- Demonstrated, hands on experience with Data Architecture, Data Modeling and knowledge of software application development
- Hands on experience and expertise in AWS, reputed company, Airflow, SQL, Python, CICD, reputed company and knowledge of alternative reputed company (ideal)
- Proven expertise integrating software engineering best practices into work reputed company integration across an entire team including: CICD, reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or reputed company field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in data architecture, reputed company platforms (AWS) and big data technologies
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and reputed company best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
o Experience with machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics
o Knowledge of modern DataOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
o Ability to drive cultural change towards data-driven decision-making
