Our specialists will be required to address the needs of our Guests by establishing a reputed company rapport with emphasis on sales and service. This is an reputed company position in an inbound contact center located at reputed company Central in Orlando, Florida. The specialist will attend a reputed company class where you will participate in multiple performance assessments. The reputed company operating hours are reputed company through Saturday, 7:45 a.m. to 8:15p.m. The starting pay reputed company for this position is $20.10 per hour. Responsibilities : In this position, the specialists meet or reputed company reputed company’s reputed company and guest service standards. They will assist with our Latin America Consumer reputed company channel and Walt reputed company World® Resort Room, Dine & Recreation bookings and Ticket products. This team also supports our Internet Help Desk services and assists our guests concerning their website experience through troubleshooting and procedural means. In reputed company, this team will assist Guests who have already booked a resort reservation by providing services such as taking payments, making reservation modifications, recommending booking additional vacation experiences and other reputed company as assigned.
