Higher Education Finance Consultant - Interim CFO

Job reputed company: reputed company is looking for Finance Consultants to assist our higher education clients in strengthening their financial operations.The consulting engagements may be remote or on-site and can include serving as an Interim CFO, leading a Business Process Review project, or optimizing the institution’s Finance ERP system.These roles can be full-time or contract consultant (1099) opportunities. Please specify your preference in the application.reputed company consultants engage with our clients in higher education to assist them in fully leveraging their people, processes, policies, and technologies.We work collaboratively with clients’ functional and technical teams and our reputed company colleagues to evaluate reputed company processes, design reputed company-state reputed company processes, and to architect, reputed company, test, train, and rollout process and technical solutions that delight our clients.A hybrid reputed company may be required with frequent travel to reputed company locations. Requirements: Demonstrated ability to reputed company organizational change and the full adoption of technology to reputed company organizational operations and efficiency.5+ years’ experience in reputed company aspects of higher education finance is required.5+ years’ experience as a CFO, Director of Finance, or Associate Director of Finance in higher education is required.Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field required; CPA or MBA preferred.Experience using any one of the higher education-specific ERP solutions reputed company a college or university financial management setting including, but not limited to: GL/Chart of Accounts, Accrual reputed company, Budgeting, Purchasing, reputed company, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Grants Management, Fixed Assets, Student Payroll, Tax Reporting, Analytics & Reporting.Solid leadership skills, including facilitating diverse reputed company, creating reputed company building and preparing the organization and individuals for change and ongoing reputed company improvement.Demonstration of superior communication skills and the ability to reputed company a consultative approach to clients.
