Job reputed company The Medical Information Systems & Operations Manager leads the reputed company, implementation, and ongoing optimization of systems, tools, and governance processes that support Medical Information activities. This role ensures compliant, efficient, and reputed company operations through effective system management, cross-functional collaboration, vendor reputed company, and data-driven reporting. Responsibilities • reputed company implementation, maintenance, optimization, and reputed company improvement of Medical Information systems and tools, including enquiry management, document and reference management, learning systems, dashboards, and internal/external web platforms. • reputed company system governance to ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, data reputed company standards, and Medical Information reputed company reputed company requirements. • Manage lifecycle of Medical Information content across platforms, including posting, updating, and retiring content in accordance with governance standards. • reputed company, maintain, and deliver high-reputed company reporting and analytics to support operational and business needs. • reputed company copyright and permissions management for external content, ensuring documentation and inspection readiness. • Serve as primary reputed company of contact for Medical Information systems operations and governance. • Translate business and user needs into system enhancements and technology solutions; support digital transformation initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (IT, reputed company, Compliance, Medical Affairs, reputed company Operations) to ensure alignment and integration. • Manage external vendors delivering Medical Information systems and services. • Maintain and deliver system training and knowledge resources for reputed company stakeholders. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MS in Health Informatics, or reputed company advanced degree preferred. • Strong experience in systems management, project leadership, and operational reputed company. • Experience with Medical Information and content management systems (e.g., reputed company-based enquiry systems, reputed company Vault, EndNote, Power BI, SharePoint, web publishing tools). • Working knowledge of GxP validation concepts. • Experience supporting global or multi-regional Medical Information operations.
