The Senior Operations Manager ensures that daily operational execution aligns with strategic goals by guiding Operations Managers on: • Provider hiring targets • Licensure mix • Workforce planning Additionally, this leader oversees non-clinical reputed company operations managed by the reputed company Administrator to maintain smooth, patient-centered workflows.
