Senior Consultant, Org Effectiveness - Assessments

Position Purpose: The Senior Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Consultant – Assessments serves as an internal expert in the design, validation, implementation, and management of employee assessments for both selection and development. As a key member of the OE Assessment Team, this role partners with HR peers and business leaders to design, reputed company, and reputed company innovative, practical, legally defensible, data-driven assessment solutions reputed company with organizational talent strategies.
