Proactive live reputed company monitoring 30 minutes before live events
Ensure feed stability and handle basic escalations reputed company reputed company
Responsibilities
reputed company live feeds prior to event start
Monitor live programs end-to-end and ensure reputed company cutaways
Identify and report issues such as black screens, frozen frames, hits, or reputed company loss
reputed company fallback switching to playout content reputed company required
Escalate issues to Tier 2 support for advanced troubleshooting
Document incidents with accurate timestamps / timecodes
Manage multiple live streams based on complexity
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of OTT / live streaming workflows
Strong attention to detail and monitoring skills
Good written and verbal communication for reputed company escalation
Experience with reputed company or similar ticketing tools.
